Q: I have AMP Access, but when I log in I can’t create Campaigns.
A: All artists with AMP access can use AMPcast via the iOS app and Next Big Sound via nextbigsound.com. Artists spinning on Pandora who are affiliated with one of our direct deal partners also get access to products like Featured Tracks and the Campaign manager. Here is a partial list of our partners that work with independent artists: CD Baby, Distrokid, ONErpm, Tunecore
Q: How do I get access to AMPcast?
A: If your music is spinning on Pandora, claim your AMP profile then download the latest Pandora app from the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store for Android users. Log in using the same email and password you use to log into AMP, and tap your artist name in the menu of the app.
Q: How do I get access to Next Big Sound?
A: If your company has a Next Big Sound account, contact your company’s NBS administrator to join. To create an individual Next Big Sound account, visit nextbigsound.com/signup and fill out the required information.
Q: How do I log in to my AMP dashboard?
A: Once you’ve claimed access, go to amp.pandora.com and log in with your Pandora account.
Q: How do I use a specific AMP marketing tool?

Q: Where can I link to with the marketing tools?
A: You can use AMP marketing tools to sell albums or singles (physical and digital), drive ticket sales to any show along the tour (regardless of ticketing agent), send traffic to your website, launch a video and more. We do not allow linking out to competitive streaming services.
Q: Can I create campaigns outside of the US, Australia, and New Zealand?
A: You can log into AMP on your desktop and create campaigns regardless of your location. However, your campaigns will only reach listeners in those territories.
Q: Can I use AMPcast outside of the US, Australia and New Zealand?
A: Currently no. AMPcast’s features are embedded in the Pandora app, so you cannot use AMPcast outside of the countries that support Pandora.
Q: How can I add and remove members from my team in AMP?
A: If you are designated as an owner of an account, you can manage team access to AMP by selecting Team Management from the drop-down menu at the top-right of your dashboard.
Q: How can I see detailed Thumb data?
A: Next Big Sound already provides basic Thumb data such as number of thumbs up, but will be adding in additional metrics late 2016.
Q: How can I update my artist’s profile image?
A: Artist profile photos are provided by Rovi, please contact them for any updates.
