'GIRLS NEED LOVE' SINGER FINDS IT
Girls need love, and Summer Walker's found it. After a month on the Pandora Predictions Chart -- where she peaked at #3 -- the rising R&B singer is already walking onto the Trendsetters Chart to the tune of nearly 2,400 artist station adds per week on Pandora. Walker has been growing an audience since the her breakout single "CPR" earlier this year, and has kept the momentum going with her newest single "Girls Need Love." The singer, who is labelmates with former trendsetters 6lack and DRAM, has seen a 410% lift in artist station adds and a 460% lift in track station adds month on month.
'LATE SHOW' BANDLEADER TAKES CENTER STAGE
Jon Batiste's role every week on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert is usually bandleader, but this week he took center stage as the show's musical guest. Batiste performed two songs off his new LP, Hollywood Africans, which is already proving to be a critical darling. This month compared to last month, he's seen a 1,360% lift in artist station adds on Pandora.
