PUERTO RICAN TRAP ARTIST IS BLOSSOMING
Charts nerds know that Latin trap has been absolutely blowing up over the past year, with Latin rappers like Ozuna, Bad Bunny and Farruko invading the mainstream charts. One promising new Latin trap artist is Puerto Rican native Alex Rose. He's been making noise in the Latin trap space thanks to a string of well received singles including "Darte" and "Toda." This week he climbs up four spots after seeing over 3,000 weekly artist station adds.
COUNTRY ROCKER RETURNS
Country rocker Koe Wetzel returns to the chart this week with over 2,300 weekly artist station adds -- a nearly 20% lift week on week. The Texas-born singer and his band have been on the rise since their 2017 album Noise Complaint. Most of their activity on Pandora comes from the Lone Star State, but they're starting to see more activity in states like Louisiana and New Mexico.
