Rising rapper Doobie gets higher this week as his single "Thicky Thoy" heats up on Pandora. The Ohio native, who incorporates elements of rock in his music, saw over 2,800 artist station adds last week -- a week-on-week lift of 72 percent.

La Fiera de Ojinaga are among Pandora's Latin Artists to Watch 2019 for a reason. The Chihuahua-born norteña have built a passionate fanbase in the southwest and have reinvigorated the genre of norteña con sax. Now, they jump up four spots on Trendsetters as they continue to tour across the U.S. Last week, they saw over 2,400 new artist station adds on Pandora.
